Message	That only pertains with intent to defraud. If your odometer has been repaired or replaced then the owner of the vehicle is responsible to inform a buyer of actual odometer readings. If a speedometer has been repaired or replaced the owner can request the odometer to be set to zero and then they must maintain a label affixed to the door jam indicating the mileage the vehicle had prior to the odometer change.
